Students will use technology tools to enhance learning and promote creativity. Students will research the tribe by using multiple search engines on the Internet and other technologies to locate, evaluate, and collect information from a variety of sources. Students will import graphics, copy, paste, and save. Students will use word processing to write a daily response journal of their progress, and a report. Students will use technology tools to collaborate, publish, and interact with peers, and others. Students will create a multimedia presentation on the life of a Native American tribe before and after the European exploration. Collaboration: Students will work in heterogeneously formed groups. Students will be expected to contribute ideas to assist the group. Students will display a positive attitude. Students will work well with other members of the group and respect the ideas ot others. Students will work with others to solve any problems. Students will stay on task and help others to do so. |
